Axle Upgrade

Standard is 2- 3500 lb. w/ springs. Heavier rated axles have more payload, larger tires, larger hubs and bearings that run cooler. Torsion axles have less bounce when not fully loaded.

Standard interior height is 6 ft. 3″ with a ramp opening of 69″. Make sure you allow extra inches for the ramp angle so your equipment will fit. Extra height needs .030 gauge for smoother look.

Semi Screw Less

Semi screw less creates a smoother look. Wavy siding or oil canning is not pretty. Less screws and thicker aluminum is the way to go. If you want pretty don’t settle for .024 and full screws. We cant stress this enough. Select both semi and thicker gauge.
